Bankruptcy court moves January 27 in-person hearings online due to winter weather

All in-person hearings set for Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Indiana have been changed to telephonic hearings because of winter weather conditions. The change affects hearings scheduled in the Evansville, Indianapolis, and New Albany divisions.

Participants are instructed to use specific Cisco teleconference numbers provided by each judge to join their respective hearings. For Judge Graham’s hearings, participants should call (571) 353-2301 and use Call ID 158299259. For Judge Carr’s docket, the same phone number applies with Call ID 734120790. Those appearing before Judge McCord should dial the same number with Call ID 528073846.

The court has not indicated when in-person proceedings will resume but encourages parties involved to use the provided teleconference details to participate as scheduled.
