Robert Holder, a 33-year-old resident of Markham, Illinois, has been sentenced to 84 months in prison for distributing fentanyl. The sentence was handed down by United States District Court Judge Gretchen S. Lund following Holder’s guilty plea.

Holder will also serve three years of supervised release after completing his prison term.

Court documents show that during the spring of 2024, Holder sold fentanyl to law enforcement officers on five separate occasions.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives conducted the investigation. Assistant United States Attorney Joel L. Mathur prosecuted the case.
