United States Magistrate Judge Mark J. Dinsmore has announced his plan to retire from the federal bench on January 1, 2027, after more than 15 years of service. Chief District Judge James R. Sweeney II of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana received notification of Judge Dinsmore’s decision.
The court has posted a public notice inviting applications to fill the vacancy that will result from Judge Dinsmore’s retirement.
